Place your order online and pick it up at our Burlington store — fast, free, and flexible. Most pickups are ready in under 30 minutes during business hours.

Returns
At FurrMart, we want you and your furry friends to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to make a return or exchange, please review our policy below:
Full Refund: Returns with a receipt are eligible for a full refund within 7 days of purchase.
Exchange or Store Credit: Within 14 days, items may be exchanged or returned for store credit.
Condition: All return or exchanged items must be unused, in original packaging, and in sellable condition.
Non-Returnable Items: To adhere to a high degree of food quality and safety standards, we cannot accept returns on opened pet food, treats, or personal care items (e.g., shampoos, supplements).
Final Sale Items: Clearance and discounted items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
